Heart to Heart Career Training Center – Online Monitor Technician Course

Before You Start:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• BLS/CPR card (required before class)

• Immunizations: HepB, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, Flu, TB Test, COVID-19 (recommended for hospitals)

• Printing & Calipers: Must be able to print cardiac rhythm strips and have calipers ready (required for assignments and rhythm interpretation)

• Background check with no barrier crimes

Registration & Course Access

• Application, final contract, and requirements sent via DocuSign – complete promptly to finalize your file

• Google Classroom invitation will be sent for pre-entrance assessments; completing these is required for course approval

• Deposit payment confirms acceptance of all school regulations and enrollment agreement

Tuition & Fees

• Tuition: $2,100 (miscellaneous fees not included)

• Deposit: $600

• Lab fees and CPR/BLS must be completed prior to class start

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Rejected applicants: Full refund of all monies paid

• Three-Day Cancellation: Full refund minus $100 non-refundable registration fee

• Other Cancellations (prior to class): Refund minus maximum 15% of tuition or $100, whichever is less

• Withdrawal After Classes Begin: Written notice required; refunds processed within 45 days of withdrawal
