Deposit and Lab Fees required to register. You are required to complete and pass the pre-course exams to be approved for your class. You will receive a JOIN message for google classroom to complete the exams.
Once your deposit and lab fee are paid, you will receive your student documents to sign via DocuSign.
Your instructions for your requirements are in the packet for your background check, shot list, registering for a BLS cpr class, where to order your books for class.
Covid records are required for this course. There are no exceptions. Must have to attend clinicals and your onsite skills classes.
Deposit signifies you are acknowledging Heart to Heart Career Training Center rules for registration, payments and refunds.
Class Requirements:
Must be 18 yrs old
Read, speak and write English
Background check no barrier crimes, or felonies
BLS/CPR card
Immunizations (Hepb, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, Flu and TB Test)
Covid immunizations are required- no exemptions. Must have to attend onsite classes and clinicals
Application, contract and requirements will be sent via DocuSign to complete your registration.
Google Classroom Invitation will be sent to you to register for pre-entrance exams to complete your course approval and acceptance into your program.
