Program approval pending completion of pre-entrance exams. Must achieve a minimum grade of 75% to be accepted.
Class Requirements:
Must be 18 yrs old
High School Diploma or GED
Read. write and speak English
Background check no barrier crimes
BLS/CPR card
Immunizations (Hepb, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, Covid, Flu and TB Test)
Application, final contract and requirements will be sent via DocuSign to complete your registration. Please complete as soon as you receive to complete your student file.
Google Classroom Invitation will be sent to you to register for pre-entrance assessments to complete your course approval and acceptance into your program.
Deposit payment signifies that you are accepting all regulations and rules of Heart to Heart Career Training Center and have entered into an agreement (contract) with Heart to Heart CTC for vocational training.
CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
Rejection: An applicant rejected by the school is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.
Three-Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days, excluding weekends and holidays, of executing the enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, excluding the $100 non-refundable registration fee.
Other Cancellations: An application requesting cancellation more than three (3) days after executing the enrollment agreement and making an initial payment, but prior to the first day of class is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, less a maximum tuition fee of 15% of the stated cost of the course or $100, whichever is less.
Withdrawal Procedure:
A. A student choosing to withdraw from the school after the commencement of classes is to provide a written notice to the Director of the school. The notice must include the expected last date of attendance and be signed and dated by the student.
B. If special circumstances arise, a student may request, in writing, a leave of absence, which should include the date the student anticipates the leave beginning and ending. The withdrawal date will be the date the student is scheduled to return to from the leave of absence but fails to do so.
C. All refunds will be submitted within 45 days of the determination of the withdrawal date.
Access to your class will be sent on the Class Start Date. All requirements must be turned in prior to class start date.
Student documents signed and turned in, CNA certificate or PCA certificate, picture ID, ss card or birth certificate, BLS cpr card on file, immunizations on file, background check completed. Picked up Textbook at the school for first day of online class. Onsite skills schedule will be posted in the Google Classroom. Skills days are Tuesdays and Thursdays so be sure you are available on those days.
